Doctoral fizz in the fountain - this is how the newly graduated dentists celebrated

In the summer heat, there could not have been a better way to celebrate: the newly graduated dental students took a dip in the fountain in Dugonics Square, as tradition dictates.

This special moment is not only a joyful end to the university years, but also the continuation of a long tradition. For decades, medical and dental graduates have been bathing in Szeged's iconic fountain after passing their state exams - a symbolic relief and the beginning of a new life.

And this year was no different: on Thursday afternoon, despite - or perhaps because of - the sweltering heat, the doctorate students jumped into the water with smiles on their faces. The main square of the town is alive with friends, family, teachers and passers-by celebrating the young professionals who have come to the end of a long and challenging journey.

The fountain at Dugonics Square is not only a source of cool water, but also a symbolic one: a celebration of knowledge, hard work and the strength of a cohesive community. The moments of bathing are captured in photographs and videos, as the fresh doctors emerge from the water, their faces gleaming with joy, pride - and a little water spray.

Congratulations to the recent graduates - their future is just beginning, full of opportunity, challenge and commitment to their profession. And the splash in Dugonics Square will serve as a reminder that with every hard day's work comes a little bit of exhilaration.
