This time, we want to call attention to the lack of network of cycling infrastructure.

Bicycle roads end in the middle of nowhere or lead to pedestrian crossings, cycling is forbidden in imortant downtown streets, there is still a lot of one-way roads, and cycling on the Grand Boulevard is a bit more than complicated.
You can find a cycling green wave in Denmark, or special traffic lights in The Netherlands, which turn green faster for cyclists when it is raining.
Here, disappearing of traffic which makes cyclists to do prohibited maneuvers, get off and walk with the bike, or take unreasonable detours would do as a beginning.
