According to the decision of the Senate of the University of Szeged the first semester of 2016/2017 school year is made up as follows:

Exam period: December 12, 2016 – December 23, 2016;

January 2, 2017 – January 29, 2017

Winter time: December 24, 2016 – January 01, 2017

Re-exam period: January 30, 2017 – February 5, 2017

Similarly to other buildings and institutions of the University of Szeged, the József Attila Study and Information Centre and Klebelsberg Library will close at 4 pm, December 23, 2016. Next opening: 8 am, January 2, 2017.

According to the decision of the leadership of the University of Szeged the opening hours of the Klebelsberg Library and József Attila Study and Information Centre will be as follows: Monday - Friday: 08:00-22:00, Saturday: 09:00 - 20:00.

In the spirit of energy saving in this winter the University of Szeged closes its doors for two weeks. Between 24 December 2016 and 1 January 2017, the office administration suspended, the large part of university buildings are closed, in these building limiting the use of heat and power. The academic life will start again on Monday, 2 January 2017.
