Your application must be submitted online via My Visegrad (Access: my.visegradfund.org/Account/Login) by March 15, 12.00 (noon).


  • If applying for Master’s scholarship, you have to upload scan of a valid identification document, transcript of records for the last 2 duly terminated semesters and the letter of acceptance* from the host university that is not older than 3 months
  • If applying for Post-Master’s scholarship, you have to upload scan of a valid identification document, letter of acceptance* including detailed working plan of the study/research from the host university that is not older than 3 months
  • You can submit the Letter of Acceptance after the deadline; you can submit a proof of your application for the studies (scan/on-line version of duly filled-in host university application form and confirmation of its hard copy/on-line submit) or a preliminary acceptance letter (same requisites as stated in 4 Required documents plus stating the date of provision of the final acceptance letter). The final acceptance letter is to be submitted before the signing of the contract with the Fund by the end of June.

NOTE: The applicant, who is already a holder of master degree and/or any governmental scholarship is not eligible to apply for scholarship to cover master studies.
