The Szeged University Medical Alumni Association invited all the graduates from the English dental, medical or pharmacy program for coming back together on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the English language medical program. More than 100 participants returned to their Alma Mater, some of them with their children. The event was not only about remembering the good old days but also representing the new perspective of the English language education at the University of Szeged.

1st Day

The University's welcome reception took place at the Hunguest Hotel Forrás, followed by the Mayor's reception at city hall. After the reception, alumni could participate in a sightseeing tour and a dinner at the TISZA DOKK.

Most of Saturday's program took place at Szeged's famous university library, where distinguished faculty and alumni members received awards for their work and commitment. In the afternoon, students had a chance to meet the alumni and get advice on working in different countries across the globe.

Several interesting CME workshops by the Faculties of Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy were followed by a memorable gala dinner in the Hunguest Hotel Forrás, with a cultural show presented by our gifted students.

3rd Day

On Sunday, faculty members, alumni and students had a chance to engange in different sports, highlighted by the students vs. teachers soccer match.
